Please be advised that the cost per person is based on the total number of people going. If this number changes after the initial deposit, it will affect the cost of the trip. For this reason, there may be additional reductions in the refund if you pull out after signing the commitment form. In addition, the following is the refund policy as stated by our tour agency.

In consideration of non-refundable payments made b y the tour company to tour operators, land operators, and other agents associated with travel and/or festival arrangements, accommodations and/or services, the following will apply:

  • Cancellations received from 45-30 days prior to your departure date will be charged a $50.00 per person cancellation fee plus any cancellation charged levied by the various tour operators.
  • Cancellations received from 29-15 days prior to the departure date will be charged $75.00 per person cancellation fee plus any charges levied by the tour operators.
  • Cancellations received from 14 days or less prior to the departure date will receive absolutely NO refunds.

Information regarding "trip insurance" will be available at a later date. If interested, please contact Dr. Sumner (x2258) for the information. This insurance will be done on an individual basis between you and the insurance company. Please read the information carefully. There are very specific items that are covered, and not covered.
