PHS Orchestra Polo Shirt Sale


Need a new Orchestra polo shirt?? Sometimes children grow or lose their shirt or just want another shirt! This is your chance to get another polo shirt to wear when the Orchestra performs in more informal settings when the gowns/tuxes are not needed. Anyone can order a shirt- so parents and friends-this is your chance to show your support for the PHS Orchestra!

Cost: $20 per shirt

Please download the form and bring it to the Orchestra Parents meetings on March 2. Payment must be made at the time of the order. (Checks payable to OPA. Please put your student’s name in the check’s memo section.)
